Challenge
Continuous efforts are required to improve the quality, effectiveness, and appropriateness of health care. Scientific and clinical literature must be reviewed and synthesized to inform evidence-based health care guidelines, quality measures, and research agendas.
Solution
Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) contracted the RTI International-University of North Carolina Evidence-based Practice Center (RTI-UNC EPC) to conduct a rigorous, systematic review and analysis of relevant clinical literature and develop an evidence report for stakeholders within the healthcare industry.
Result
Atlas Research supported the RTI-UNC EPC by providing accurate, well-researched data abstraction deliverables for a systematic review.
