Atlas Research, in partnership with ICF International and REI Systems, will work with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau in benchmarking and disseminating Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program care and treatment data. The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program is an essential part of the public health safety net, partnering with over 2,000 grantees to care for more than half of all people diagnosed with HIV in the United States. The program supports a diverse population through access to primary care, medication, case management, mental health care, and other vital supports.
Atlas will assist the HIV/AIDS Bureau by identifying key metrics for benchmarking and conducting the analysis to assess performance, trends, and progress towards national goals. Risk-adjusted analysis will also be conducted to better ensure fair and meaningful comparisons that can lead directly to decision-making to improve care across the HIV continuum.
“Through thoughtful benchmarking and appropriate and usable data dashboards, Atlas is helping to improve the deployment of core medical and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS, improve targeting of populations in need, and support improved health outcomes along the HIV care continuum,” said Jamie Hart, PhD, Atlas Executive Vice President.
This project represents Atlas’s combined topical expertise in data analytics with subject matter expertise in HIV/AIDS. Atlas is proud to support the enhanced use of program data with the express goal to improve access, address disparities, and improve outcomes along the HIV care continuum.
