Atlas Research has received a two-year contract from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to help them achieve human capital policy objectives. Atlas staff will provide customized and full-spectrum program management support and human resources subject matter expertise within the SBA’s Office of Human Resources Solutions.
Atlas will support SBA in areas such as workforce planning and development, change management, succession planning, strategic communications, performance management, and system improvements. The work will be conducted to address SBA’s Agency Reform Plan as required by the Office of Management and Budget Memorandum 17-22.
This project, valued at $4.7 million, represents Atlas Research’s second prime award under the recently established federal Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract vehicle.
“Atlas is excited to work with the Small Business Administration,” said Atlas President and CEO Robin Portman. “Given our own history as a small business, we are looking forward to helping SBA achieve their agency reform goals and objectives.”
