WASHINGTON, DC – Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research, was recently awarded a task order to support virtual care initiatives of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA)’s Office of Connected Care (OCC).
OCC is charged with creating an environment, through virtual care, that empowers Veterans and their caregivers to become active participants in the management of their own health care. It strives to improve access to benefits and services through VHA medical technologies, which include OCC’s digital products.
The Titan Alpha team will provide strategic and operational planning; budget formulation and tracking; performance management; meeting facilitation; and acquisition support services.
“OCC’s digital products are transforming and improving the delivery of health care to our nation’s Veterans,” said PFS President Greg Smallwood. “The Titan Alpha team is excited to bring our deep knowledge, experienced staff, and proven methodologies to this contract.”
“For the last four years, Titan Alpha has partnered with OCC to develop mission-critical solutions that support the advancement of Veteran health care,” said Atlas Research Technical Advisor Ryan Styer. “As we have seen with the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of virtual health care has only become more apparent. We look forward to working with OCC to help expand its efforts in this area.”
This task order was awarded on the VHA Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) contract.
