WASHINGTON, DC – Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research, was awarded a task order to support Veterans Health Administration (VHA) efforts to transform the Employee Education Services (EES) program office into a state-of-the-art learning organization.
To promote exceptional Veteran care, EES works to provide training solutions and services that foster the development of a high-performing workforce. To aid in this effort and support VHA’s priority of becoming a High Reliability Organization (HRO), PFS and Atlas Research will provide EES with a transformation and modernization organizational plan.
“We understand that VHA’s ability to provide world-class Veteran care starts and ends with their employees,” said PFS President Greg Smallwood. “Our experience with VHA systems, workforce development, and driving measurable transformation provide a strong foundation for optimizing EES and keeping VA ahead of the curve.”
“We are honored to bring our experience to VHA’s current and post-pandemic learning environment,” said Atlas Research Manager Lisa Collins. “In addition to providing recommendations for training delivery models, the plan will serve as a multi-year roadmap with activities that promote employee engagement and measurement techniques to ensure success of the transformation efforts.”
This contract was awarded on the VHA Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) contract, a 10-year, $1 billion vehicle awarded to PFS and Atlas Research.
