WASHINGTON, D.C. – J. Scott Bruce joins Atlas Research as a new Vice President. Mr. Bruce is responsible for leading the firm’s Organization Excellence and Transformation service line across all firm markets.

Prior to joining Atlas Research, Mr. Bruce spent nearly 15 years at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Principal, he achieved all financial targets for a team of 100+ staff. He was a ‘go-to’ leader for high-risk, high-visibility, complex organizational change delivery initiatives. Previously, Mr. Bruce was a Senior Director at Ellucian, a market leading higher education services and technology firm, where he led a team of Directors and Project Managers in overseeing management and technology consulting engagements in a 22-state, $76M annual revenue region. At Ellucian, Mr. Bruce consistently achieved key financial metrics, which included annual revenue growth, forecast accuracy, and backlog burn.
