Atlas Research has been awarded two indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts under the Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) procurement from the General Services Administration (GSA) in partnership with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Atlas is one of only three firms to win across all service areas in both the unrestricted and set-aside categories of HCaTS, which has a budget ceiling of $11.5 billion. Atlas will provide customized training and development, human capital strategy, and organizational performance improvement solutions government-wide through the contract vehicle.
The period of performance for the contracts includes an ordering period of 10 years, with an additional five-year period to allow for task order completion. GSA is responsible for contract administration, while OPM is responsible for HCaTS program management.
“We are thrilled to be a part of this government-wide effort to ‘buy as one’ and to support the training, human capital strategy, and performance improvement needs of our federal workforce,” said Atlas CEO, Ryung Suh, MD. “These awards—especially the wins in the unrestricted category—speak to the momentum we have achieved in the accumulation of strategic contract vehicles to drive our next level of growth.”
